Who is traveling the road with you?

Located in Youngstown if possible but willing to travel 

Tenant is a foreign business person living in the US and has notified me that they will be leaving the home vacant for 3 months to travel and is asking if that’s ok; also would like to sign another year lease (lease expires during travel time).

I'm traveling long-term, so I can't be there person (except maybe for a short time) to keep an eye on things.

I will be working near the medical centers.

So I was traveling out to a few different areas and the radio ads for 1% listings were out of the world.

When selecting roommates, keep in mind that it's possible that not everyone plans on living there year around, and will travel back home during the summer months. 

For me living in Seattle, itwas cheaper, easier, and quicker to travel to AZ.

I would lock at pockets of properties near the schools, the medical center, airport, etc. 

I have a property that I am trying to sell, but also currently traveling and especially in Thailand which ALSO gives me ideas and have invested here a bit too, but like many of us the learning curve is huge and it is different in many ways, but as they say here same, same but different.
