heated stained concrete ?

Is it like a Spy Hunter oil slick or just a stain?  

I think the Gremlins make holes in walls ,stain carpet ,write on walls I guess gremlins like to work night shift ,and like to hang around certain type tenants I'm wondering if gremlins only hang around the ones who act like pigs who let their offspring act like wild animals??

Paint can be kind of a tricky one since wear and tear vs damage is a little more difficult to establish, it's not like having a burn mark or permanent stain in carpet.

If using natural grey grout it will dark stain your grout joints if mixed to hot.

What is landlord saying was damaged, e.g. stains all over carpet?

That being said I'd hate to put in the premium grade stuff and have someone's pet leave stains on it, etc.I don't really want to go with vinyl plank as I don't want seams in the bathroom.Thanks!

Refinishing wood floors: 1-2 per square foot without staining, and 2-4 per square foot with staining. 

Flippers, people that have rentals, and buy and sell professionals,When you are rehabbing or upgrading a house for whatever reason, have you chosen to go the route of cement staining?

i'd be excited to strip or sand the finish in a spot to preview what the bare wood looks like without that dark/opaque stain/finish, and would go a step further by spot refinishing to see how it looks with a brighter finish after stripped/sanded.that said, i'd also be reminded wood floors are high maintenance (ie, scratch easily even with todays finishes like varathane that claim u can skate on it!)
