I have been using realtors for months spinning my wheels not getting anywhere.

I've been spinning my wheels for 3 whole days now trying to figure out what I need to do next and after that and then after that.

My mind is spinning and which direction to take and was hoping someone could set me on the right path!

You will need a crack team in place to make sure your growth does not spin out of control.

Being brand new to REI it threw me into a tail spin as to whether this property was even worth continuing to look at, and what kind of rehab I would even want to attempt to bring the property up to "my standard", which I quickly realized I don't have fully defined.So the question is, what qualities about a property's condition are a definitive must for you to continue with an evaluation (e.g. the floors must be level) or what is your "standard"?  

I'm still fresh, and my head is still spinning from all the paperwork.

I wanted to make money not spin my wheels.

All I would like in return is to learn along the way in order to help me stop spinning my wheels.
