There are tons of initiatives from the mayors office, civic leaders, financial institutions and law enforcement for developing the neighborhood.

Congrats @Pramod Yash for getting after it and doing your homework.I would recommend trying to host a meetup of operators and investors so that you can be considered a leader in the space and you can help many of the local operators.

In fact, visit more than one but attend religiously.

Our leader there, @Josh Caldwell, does a great job there. 

Wouldn't it be great to have a group of thought leaders in the community answer that question once and for all in an intelligent debate one last time?

And not just my own as a thought leader to attract things my business needed but it was leveraging knowledge of others to grow.

Classes don't teach you on how to be a leader.

That shouldn't be construed to mean that I'm against energy efficiency or "green" energy, only that until/unless it becomes widespread I'm not going to be the leader in innovation on my properties.
