Having an outside contractor do it could be problematic, since satellite positioning must be precise and if you attempt to move the equipment on your own the company won't guarantee their service to the tenant.

that is precisely why you should always get the deed when you are buying subject to and not do lease options or land contracts. the seller always has the potential of getting a lien and will seriously damage you
