I have been listing to bigger pockets pod for about 6 months now and am becoming more familiar with real estate terminology.

I have read so many books and pod casts I jumped in so I can learn this through experience.Thank you for all your help

We are moving from one contract (HUD Mod) to another (local housing authority voucher program) and the agencies won't look at it until it's stabilized under the new contract.

Take time to educate yourself like you are doing, and read a ton of books, crush the pod casts and what not, and keep grinding.

@Navjot Dhaliwal I recommend you look into John Fedro's pod cast/ You Tube channel. 

There is a lot of good people on BP, a lot of good info in the forums and a lot of good info on the pod casts. 

Since it could easily be converted back to single family with no structural mods necessary, is it a option to get it appraised and financed as a single family even if used as a legal 2-unit?

The pod cast is great and the Ultimate Beginners Guide here on BP is a good place to start.

Also, I have listened to Pod Cast# 327 by David Green on BRRRR method.

Hopefully I can be an active forum member and maybe one day @BrandonTurner will get me on a pod cast!
