In fact,  I'd probably add to leases no cooking in the bedrooms,   only in designated common kitchen area.    8 hotplates and microwaves going at once == fried wiring or worse.4)   Decent,  durable common areas aren't a bad thing,   so trying to make tenants avoid them I don't know.

.  Heavily infested mattresses are not salvageable and must be sealed in plastic and disposed of properly.  Empty dressers, night stands and closets.
