I want properties where I can make a difference and see my vision come true.

I always had a business builder and entrepreneur mindset, but really had no concrete vision with it. 

They have infrared night vision and you can change settings, no wifi required. 

We were brought this by another investor that didnt have capacity to complete deal or vision to what it might become.

Don't get tunnel vision when looking for a property.

Reading over this post has motivated me to write down my goals to create a more clear vision for what I am planning to accomplish over the next decade. 

I then proceeded to work as hard as humanly possible for the next 5 years.7 years later I am accredited and have participated in over 8 MF and commercial investments as both LP and GP.Anything is possible when you combine vision with hard work!

You need a vision of what the highest and best use is, likely going to be phased development and I doubt even the back half will develop in next 5-10 years.
