Thank you for your reply Patrice,  the LLC is in my wife’s name and will have her SS attached to the loan.  

Investment loans on a 30 year fixed rate attached to a single family home are usually 1 point higher than than with 25% equity. 

If it were a real thing I think it would be very expensive. never heard anything about it either until a couple days ago , i attached all info in the link 

Myrtle Beach and Florida panhandle are also good area to look at.

But then who wants to dig down into that soup & attach a valve to save a few bucks...YUK!!!

For the top is there something you can attach to the bottom of the cabinets above it to hide the gap?

There water meter attachments you can buy that measures the amount of hot and or cold water you can put on the pipes that are going to their fixtures.. but I would bet it's a leak.. the water departments usually give you a one time break in that case   hire a plumber to do a pressure test starting at the meter 

It would be unlikely that the hot water heater is attached to YOUR water bill. 

The complain states that it is the primary lien, but the title paperwork is attached to it.
