Hello BP community,

We are looking for a 30 yr fixed llc mortgage for a $70,000 duplex that we are purchasing.  Any leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are located in Southern Illinois

@Patrice Boenzi and @Timothy B. Dunn, while a residential loan that allows for the mortgage/title to be under the LLC is rare, they do exist. Certain mortgage companies will allow this (not so much banks) - those that have programs that accommodate "outside the box" scenarios. That said, they will come with slightly higher rates and often have some additional restrictions (typically loan amounts above $100k, have to have additional assets/reserves, etc.).
