I wouldn't say novice, but we will get there.

As a novice in this market segment, I have ZERO issues with partnering with a more experienced investor, and giving up a sizable portion of the deal in order to acquire it, and then refinancing them out once I am eligible to do so with the property in our possession.  

While I'm not endorsing any of them, I found Ron Legrand's program to be informative, and novice friendly.

Has anyone ever purchased or attempted to purchase wholesale deals from a website called MyHouseDeals.com. If so what was your experience like? Thanks in advance for any help. I know that newbies can be very frustrati...

Sorry for not providing enough information but am bit of a novice.

It sounds like both parties are novices - I would be leery of doing that paperwork myself.

I went to Phil Grove's REIA this week and unless your a complete novice, it is a waste of  your time.  

Is it fairly easy to get into, or for a novice, is it out of my league? 

The nice part about 2-5-7 is that in today's market even novice investors can learn this same strategy of investing and be free with in less than 2 years.
