I would bet that in OH, you will see new legislation when the first person who gets screwed for $10K by a broker selling "his" property in a "wholesaler" role complains that the broker didn't represent the OWNER in the transaction.

Statistical mortgage data is also available from the Schedule 1 banks and other lenders - information on individual mortgages would be covered by privacy legislation and not made publicly available.

Nobody is suggesting that they will take away the private healthcare options that you have now...if you think your current plan is better than the government-sponsored one, then keep yours.I find it hard to debate on legislation when it's clear the other party hasn't even read it...stop being lazy and do some research, please...
