I’ll say it again: I am not a fan of negative cash flow *investing*.Now, there may be a genuine tax play where you own a bunch of gainful rentals and could use another property that wins on depreciation that you *know* will at least appreciate in value, especially if you are doing a 1031 exchange and can’t find anything better.
