Once you get one of these babies under your belt however there should never be a rehab job you can't handle and you learn how to pick your projects with a far greater knowledge of what will be involved time wise and money wise.

Unless we have millions of dollars’ worth in assets under our belt or hundreds of thousands of dollars in income a year (which may be your case) I don’t think it matters so I am not even going to factor it in at this point.
