In a highly anticipated but not unsurprising announcement, Samsung has officially selected the NorthEast suburb of Austin, TX for their next chip plant.  

Cozy still works well for me so I havent made the switched but I started looking for a backup once the Apartments.com deal got announced. 

They just announced today that they were bought out by Roofstock so hopefully that changes it for the better and doesn't make it worse, though I can't imagine taking longer than THREE MONTHS to fix a downloading issue which is the very crux of what your company is based upon.

We're not prepared to announce a release date for either but they are coming soon!

Btw this week big announcement comes from second biggest California Pension Fund that has liquidity crisis, they need to borrow 30 billion if not selling asset for cheap. 

They will dictate if repairs are announced, if proper upkeep is maintained, and if they take care of your property.

With the announcement that Samsung will open a factory in Taylor, I wonder if it makes sense to invest now before the factory opens in 5~6 years? 

In a letter which was published on their website this morning, Redfin announced that they are moving to end their support of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). 

I was hoping it would be a complete landlord/property management product but it seems like in order to process maintenance requests, property announcements etc... a second solution must be utilized?
