If you are risk adverse real estate, (especially out of state) is not for you.

According to Dodd Frank law, if you reject an applicant based on low/ poor credit, you must provide the adverse action notice provided by your credit check company.

is there any advantage to leveraging debt as opposed to just paying outright im not aware of (my husband is very risk adverse)?

At the same time though- I don’t want to adversely affect my family by getting in too much of a rut.

My wife is very conservative and risk adverse.

I'm saying it as the only strategy isn't the solution there's others that are far more risk adverse to timing the market.
