What I was saying was that if and when you learn real estate you won't need to  wholesale, you'll have an understanding of the business and know how to take title which leads to greater profits, It's what you don't know that's holding you back and putting you in a position of questionable dealing.Just an observation on BP, it appears that our newbies and wholesalers are twenty somethings.
