Each house had an easement though to access their garages in the rear.

I am just wondering if there is any truth to the ease of investing in Tax Liens or is it a pain in the rear.

There is an enclosed space in the rear of the home which was permitted for a screen porch.  

All things in RE are negotiable.

I'd suggest you serve a pay or quit or whatever your state requires to cover your rear.

Anyway what struck me odd was that I rear about that site in a book by Michael Blank, another supposed big real estate investor and I will say I was impressed with his backstory etc, however when visiting his site I saw one of those gimmick things where it was like " oh join today and get a discount form 13000 and pay only about 1497.00.
