Good old farming, dropping off post cards, flyers, notepads, to stay top of mind.

I've bought 1000 postcards, business phone numbers, made a website and social media handles to start marketing.

Like post cards, the value is in the list, the list, THE LIST

We are currently mailing 2,000 postcards per week and are getting calls back. 

I send letters and postcards like this and get deals... sometimes I pay more than I offer and sometimes I pay less.

I have a postcard campaign going as well as an email campaign but I'm not having any luck .What are the best properties to target?

@DongHui Patel there sending a letter and a post card is not that annoying people can just throw it in the trash.

We do mostly postcards when we are doing large mailings. 

I'm deciding whether to do postcards or letters, also for a mailing list any guidance on parameters such as sqft, equity %, owner ages, sale date, etc...

I was looking into REI Pro and noticed their direct mail is 80ish cents per postcard where others, deal machine and batch leads and others were 40ish cents depending on quantity, does anyone know why this is specifically?
