Hello BP! 

I am a new local REI in Dallas, Tx and I've just come to discover the BP community! I'm a career cosmetologist, making money through men's hair cutting. I've recently had a son and now realize I need to make a better living. After months of buying books, seminars, and courses I left my job to fully pursue wholesaling. Going to my local REIA and coming here to the BP forums has not been exactly encouraging to my plan lol. However, I know wholesaling is possible and I'm still set out to master it. Are their any cash buyers that are willing to walk me through my first deal? I've bought 1000 postcards, business phone numbers, made a website and social media handles to start marketing. Tomorrow morning I'm cold calling my pre-foreclosure and vacant lists as well as going to knock on doors. I'm dedicated to bringing resolve to struggling home owners, bringing value to other real estate investors, building rapport and long lasting relationships, as well as discovering and honing my own financial freedom.
