As a novice here all I can really do is look around and see what has been happening around the city.  

The competition is stiff and a novice does not stand a chance.

We are looking for any advice on where to start, initial people to talk to and questions to ask on new construction projects as we are novice in this area. 

The fact that something can be quite illegal when there is not a "law" that says so escapes many people with a novice understanding of the law.A 3 bedroom house can at the very minimum anywhere in the country house 6 people. (2 per bedroom).

This is a mistake I see novice flippers make, not doing what the market demands.

Okay so Iam a novice investor with only 1 rental property under my belt that is owned free and clear (also I'm only 21).

EWI may or not be worthy of such praise, and the more experienced investor would probably not speak as highly of EWI as a novice might.As for these "free" weekend seminars, I have been to a few, not necessarily all from the same training entity.
