As I have done my research I have been having a difficult time making the numbers make sense for rental properties throughout the GVA, so I have been looking more into the Fraser Valley (Abby, Chilliwack, Mission etc).  

Looking for information if Mission/Mcallen/Edinburg area is good for rental investment.

That is why I am only flipping right now in Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Tustin and other Orange County cities.

My husband and I would probably rent to her if we could get comfortable that she is what she says she is and isn't high needs, but we've been told we love all the stray dogs, and in a way that is our mission.

My mission on BP is to network with other talented individuals and continue to grow.

Most people who i work with from BP using this or similar strategies are young professional millennials, qualifying for a purchase price on average $550-$750K give or take, and with that price point wanting something North Park, Normal Heights, Mission Valley, Clairemont, Serra Mesa, and Mira Mesa.

I went to Saddleback College in Mission Viejo CA.

It certainly can work but seems like there is always a stronger value add for those who have the capability to either a) find a reliable GC who is aligned with your mission and can get the work needed completed fairly and quickly, or b) get your hands a little dirty.
