For me, maintenance became a huge struggle when I had to help my grandfather manage his company as he became too old to keep managing his company, and with my background working logistics at Amazon I realized what a logistical nightmare maintenance was becoming and how much of my time it was eating and hiring additional help is always difficult since I don't know many people with a burning passion for maintenance scheduling, so as good as the work was I always knew it was a temporary hire that could leave at any moment.While reading through here I have to agree that at a certain point having a property manager handle everything from top to bottom is incredibly valuable especially if your intention is passive income.

We are now one of the leading transportation and logistics hubs in CA now, which has driven countless distribution centers, etc. to the area. 

Denver is now a lot bigger than Calgary and is diversified with tech, finance, healthcare, telecommunications, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, tourism, outdoor recreation, transportation/logistics, defense, food and agriculture, and a bustling startup culture.

Fortunately I'm savvy enough to know that would probably be a logistical nightmare, maybe we can team up and do it!  

Not to mention the logistic nightmare of maintaining and convincing the court you're splitting personal expenses from business. 

Travel still largely silent other than logistics travel.  

If anyone can add color please do as I may be incorrect on the logistics here.

In both cases, I added mine later for logistical reasons - one house a neighbor on another street was using it as a cut-through and pushing a shopping cart full of cans and bottles all hours of the day.

Hi @Andrey Y. and @David Faulkner I just just had a great talk on the phone with @Peter Bowen and was talking shop, comparing how we have been increasing NOI, cash flow and the value of our apartment complexes, along with logistics he is going through at this time on his way to financial freedom at 38 years old.  

Now, logistically, something is wrong.
