Given the current climate, there simply isn’t any incentive for lenders to call a loan being paid as agreed.My personal feeling is that wrapping an attractive underlying mortgage is a great way to get a deal closed right now, and that the risk is minimal if the loan stays current.

Most of it boils down to quality of live, a more moderate, cooler climate, easy commute times, Midwest friendly people, lower cost of living etc Many also say they were surprised how cool Milwaukee is.
