Smoking tobacco is legal, but I ban it.

We are in the process of updating the lease for other reasons and believe we will ban e-cigarettes from inside the house as well.  

@Matthew John  I was initially going to buy 6 duplexes in the city for STR but read that the city is banning STR or going to make restrictions so I backed out.

If she was involved and you can prove she had a vested interest in banning STR's due to her PM business, you could make a case.

We're seeing more and more coastal markets banning evictions and late fees until next year, which is going to kill a lot of landlords who are short on cash.On the other side, there was a bill put up today in Congress to subsidize rent pretty heavily for the rest of the year.

While Pritzker has placed a moratorium on evictions statewide since the stay-at-home order went into effect March 20, he has insisted that he legally cannot repeal the state ban on rent regulation, which would allow municipalities to take action individually.

I'm reluctant to touch anything that is heavily leveraged to tourism at this point due to future lockdown, travel bans, etc.
