I closed on my first STR in June, and after a very successful summer, I am facing a new challenge: now that school is back in session, how to best market my spacious, family-friendly 2/2 + loft house to the couples-oriented fall crowd?

Just writing this down has me going through my head the people in my circles that may benefit from this service.I had missed the live webinar so on the replay, I almost skipped the Q&A session.

The monthly group coaching sessions kept changing time (eventually to a time I could not do, so I stopped attending) and I found when I would email or contact her for a question outside of a session the coach was always directing me to the broker because the questions I had were too technical or outside of her experience.  

What am I doing now Attending couple of 'free' sessions locally but BP site is just crazy good and flood of information that will keep me busy for a few days.

@Shoshawna MertenI just went to an info session on Air bnb’s the other day.

My friend who invited me to the freebie session declined to go to the 3-day, saying there wouldn't be much "meat," that it would mostly be about selling the advanced training.
