Hunters Point  the one over by the cow palace, the one were OJ simpson grew up.. probably about 20 of them most in prime locations.. and all turned into mini ghettos.they now for the most part have all been torn down and repositioned.maybe if Portland wants to create housing for low income they simply need to do the same. the CITY needs to build it and provide it and run it.. why force it on private enterprise.. private enterprise just leaves the market..

With such a major barrier such as a 4 lane street/mini-highway there, I can see why the comps are located on the other side since that side has SFR's and your side seems to be loaded with commercial buildings/businesses.

Despite only working the residential side of things so far, I have been trying to educate myself on all matters commercial as well, and at least be familiar with terminology and the differences etc...So to my questions really, I recently met with a gentleman who I talked with (a commercial builder and investor) who said he has designed and built several mini storage facilities (primarily outdoor space).
