I invest in REITs and crowdfunding like FundRise but to be honest, I have lots of money to invest and think I would enjoy it so much.. so i've been dabbling around watching youtube videos because I love real estate but never actually went out to buy my own property.

While I love real estate, I am not a big fan of going into real estate to make money.  

I love real estate and have always had an interest in building wealth through investing.  

Let's say Saturday Jan 14 you will being doing showing, "to lock in a time to view the property please fill out and send back with your available times and I will provide you with a 30 min slot". 

Even though I love real estate and its interesting to drive around, find them, fix them and rent them( at least from a book perspective)---it seems like back breaking work and a lot of headaches with tenant issues and laws.

Renters don't "love" renting in the Eastside and thus they don't pay a premium to live there.

I’ve learned I love real estate through interning real estate agents and the opportunities it creates by owning it.

She had aggressive dogs that were getting out, my daughter spent time at my sister in laws playing with her cousins.I called the lady, informed her I was recording the call (which is not necessary in Texas), and told her I was very concerned with her dogs being aggressive and getting out.I told her that going forward, if the dogs got into my SIL (sister in law)s yard, I was going to instruct her to shoot the dogs, and then I was going to file a civil suit against her for putting children in danger and this would be considered her warning I told her I was a dog lover and had dogs myself, but these two dogs were putting children in danger, and she would be held responsible.

Even the gross tenants can't change the fact that we love real estate.

We love Rent Manager and this has helped create systems and processes for collecting rents, etc.
