Repairs and insurance can't be deducted under a normal personal residence... so there are some silver linings.Good luck...best not to give the Feds any reason to believe you aren't reporting all of your income.

I'm sorry you experienced a health issue, but it sounds like you found the silver lining...and your new home and your new calling.

Orem, springville, spanish fork, lehi, AF, PG, and Eagle mountain all have pretty easy to work with zoning dept.  

I like it, but it is not a silver bullet for everyone.

I am glad you have opinions as a NON real estate professional, that's great, just like countless people have opinions on how the Eagles should have ran plays, it does not make them NFL Coaches or intelligent correct facts, there just spectator opinions.

I consider it a red state (communist/socialist) lolIf you look around in Gaithersburg/Wheaton/Silver Spring you’ll know why it’s a blue state.
