I've just been paying taxes and doing anything with the land.

I recently found another deal that I'm trying to close on that will be a long term (2+ year) live-in flip.

I've just started on my REI journey and have been searching online, BP, reading books and talking with my agent on what to do next.

I recently found a very similar duplex in my target market, though it wasn't renoed and was $380k ish.I *think* that is (and yours is) a decent price, and with prices going up and up, seems to me not a bad deal.But I'll leave it to more experienced others to chime in on their thoughts.
