Basically, hook up a jet nozzle ($3-5 @ box stores)  to a garden hose, then let the jet "drill" under the concrete.

Uh, it's almost March…There are some green shoots - much like those pea shoots in my home garden right now (see obligatory pict below).

The record would simply say "Eddie T." instead of a more obvious "Garden Village Apartments".

Areas near Garden of the Gods work really well, as do areas near the Air Force Academy where families are constantly visiting.

I have never done quite that, but when renters move in the spring, we like to give them a $30 discount on rent for "planting flowers" in the garden out front.
