As an Australian, you have a big advantage that all your statements are in english which makes it much easier.We also handle loans from chinese nationals with very common name and we manage to make it happen...Best.

I say "you guys" to groups of people who are mixed genders or even to just women (because in English, we don't have a good second person plural pronoun as in other languages, e.g. vous, ihr, ustedes, etc. unless you're from the U.S.
