What is truly going on, is that people adapt strategies that simply do not work, or work extremely pourly, and then use metrics like these to quantify them and justify them.

I would also recommend being either flexible or patient with your strategy, with being flexible being the best since you can adapt your strategy to what the market has to offer, but if you are not willing to do that then be patient for your preferred strategy to match the market.

Then you adapt and adjust :) In the end start and worse case scenario you wrap something up, have an "oh crap" moment as you find out it's infested with God knows what, or everything needs replacing, or all the fun unforeseeable stuff, and then back out and try again :) Mike

And, as i said, you can get the more expensive solution bars (Which can be quite lovely, honestly, if you shop around--igot some nice wrought iron designs for a historic home) that have the release, so the industry has a wide range to adapt to the laws of that municipality.
