Before you get too deep into the education and whatnot, what sort of expectations do you have in terms of return on any investment?

The money went to business ventures, vacations and what not.

I have my phone number and email address signed up with some wholesalers and realtors and what not, so from time to time I'll get a text or email for a property (usually distressed) being offered for cash only.

@Hunter Sandlin A bank could simultaneously pursue the borrower and any guarantors for payment of the underlying obligation... demand letters and whatnot.
