Was wondering what was the MUST try or hidden gems in Oregon.

(mine-are Maytag gems) So I told them my prop mgr would store mine in garage and move theirs into position and connect they agreed to pay him whatever he charged and I didnt have to “get out of bed”!

@Chip Fernandez I really like the outcomes of 1031 exchange into new construction (or similar) as it makes the investors life so much easier with still better returns than they were getting before. 1031 exchange is great for upgrading location and vintage as well as cashflow!

Sure you make outsized profits on that one home, but you spend a lot of time, energy, money, lost opportunity along the way.Keep studying, maybe you can find some gems and exceptions.

I've checked the forum and the Internet and it seems that 100% financing is very rare and could be a hidden gemmed resource for people like me, but I am worried about the things I do not know yet.

So for me I would avoid getting into something you cant check yourself. the Wichita market is great. it's like one of the hidden gems in the real estate world because when people think about investing in the midwest, some of the common cities mentioned are Kansas City and Indianapolis.

We sold to a hedge fund within 18 months and doubled our money COC  as that's the business I am in IE value add find the gems around the country and sell as quick as I can for biggest profits we can.
