There are so many REI, it is important to stand out from the rest - that can be done tastefully, doesn't have to be cheesy :lol: People wanting to sell their house have usually dealt with a Realtor along the way, so they are used to seeing photos on a card.

Also don’t forget that real estate is local in a large part.Aside from the speculation resulting from people buying more because prices are going up, real estate  prices have kept going up at an unnatural taste as there FED has brought interest rates to rock-bottom levels.

We always use white...it looks very clean when showing, is easy to clean and patch and you don't have to worry about matching the color down the road which is a pain...no one has the same taste in colors so it is not worth making a splashy statement in a rental...at least in my market.

In my area I really only see 1 baths in most 2 bedroom rentals, but in new construction it certainly makes sense to build to a prospective tenants tastes and needs.
