Or how many "wealthy" people amass a great deal of material wealth, while ignoring their physical health only to die at a young age or not be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor because they have ignored other aspects of their life.To conclude, I think the reason that this thread struck a chord with me and seemingly with others is that it revealed some common themes that are greater than just the topic of gurus and real estate.

The biggest pro for FHA is that it will be easier to qualify for...it is meant to help those who cannot afford 20% down and it allows for more flexibility on your credit score.In regards to PMI, you will still pay it on the 5% Conventional Loan, however it will be removed once you hit the 20% equity mark.I would go for Conventional if you have the financial health to obtain it.
