Where most focus on passive income is getting started as you mention with a percentage of your portfolio but really the main goal most look for is to have income when they retire outside of social security that can continue to allow them to retire.For most this is not at 30, 40 or 50 but much later in life.

Hi Nam and Simon, I used US Bank for my LLC financing for the auto loan (it was a secured business loan - the vehicle was the collateral for the loan) and the unsecured credit line.

You'll find more people on regular long-term rental sites than you would on anything designed for MTR, which is not even a term people are familiar with.If you are renting longer than 30 days, you should screen, collect a security deposit, use a written lease agreement, and follow the landlord-tenant laws for long-term rentals.

Secure the home and all of the materials left in the home. 

With a creditworthy tenant, securing a non-recourse loan is more manageable, even for foreign investors.
