After walking through the property my partner and I decided one of the units would need a full remodel and the roof had leaks which that can mean big/expensive problems.  

Are you sure that's not just for the kitchen remodel? 

Also I own a construction company and can get remodels finished out for you.

The market is getting better and better in many many places and Buyers love buying remodeled homes.

Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer Blakley and I've always had a love for houses that needed someone to come and bring them back to life...I'be been in and out of the remodeling business for 30 yrs and I was a property manager for 2 yrs...I believe that it's time for me to do this on my own instead of for someone else.

I've lived in my house for 3 years remodeling here and there while I work in the oil field.

The database will not have "flips" as a subject property but you could word search using "updated, fully remodeled, completely redone" etc.

I have Gutted, Designed, and remodeled my house on my own.
