Michael Mayer Looking to invest in some land to start a glamping Airbnb

Both camps we stayed were not advertised as glamping, so we were totally fine with brining our own water and generator. Now if it was advertised as glamping, and was paying a premium for the glamping experience, and had to bring my own water/generator, then that would be a negative experience for me.I think you'll have to factor in the logistics of who will clean up the camp, will it be difficult to get bedding in/out of the glamping tent, who will refill the water jugs, who will recharge batteries, etc. and that might help you decide if you are deciding between glamping experience or standard hipcamp experience.Mike
Jesse Watson New to REI, but considering a move ourselves - House Hack?

We would just have to be very strategic about the property and do some pre-research on the logistics of such projects. For example, if I could get a good deal (under market value) on a 2 bed 1 bath (with decent square footage) into a 3 bed 2 bath, it could appraise for much higher after-the-fact, and we could pull some cash back out of the deal -- though probably not as much as I put into the rehab.I've heard of doing these kinds of things as part of a BRRRR, but curious if there would be any reasons we couldn't do it as part of a house-hack / longer term flip?

He said he stared at computers all day - I think he's involved in Logistics or possibly helps with the drone operations there - as I'm thinking there's another center where they fly drones out of overseas but I'm not sure if the Army is involved or it's purely Airforce that does that.Anyways not sure if you'd have access to possibly a working phone number of someone in that building or an email list or something - when I've called the main number for McConnell they seemed to act as if the Army unit (and likely rightfully so) was completely doing their own thing and had no contact numbers.Everytime I call up there I get nowhere except for the one time the commanding officer happened to answer the phone.
