Thank you for that explanation which indeed help, but I do believe you misunderstood what I was asking, and ill take the blame because I wasn't clear enough.I was asking about what the numbers you provided, First how are the percentage established for each one 3% for holding and closing, 6% for realtor, etc.

Geographic farming boots on the ground, direct mail, calling the farm area is in my opinion, the best way to get business starting out.

Also, as your post indicates, and something I should have added as a fourth explanation, I'm learning the differences between Virginia and Hawaii, wrt this process.

I can tell you this it doesn't matter where you are geographically located, if the deal is good enough you will find a buyer!

Unfortunately as others have pointed out getting people who are IN THE POCKETS of the health insurance and drug companies is not going to get US and answer.It's a pity that a country that prides itself on being THE GREATEST (sorry, maybe 30 years ago, but not anymore) that so many, pay so much for such poor results.Of course when (IIRC) 3 of the Republicans running for President can (with a straight face) raise their hand and say I DON'T BELIEVE IN EVOLUTION, it does not bode well for getting accomplishing anything requiring rational thought, scientific explanation, or common sense.For a nation that likes to constantly make fun of the French, we sure could take some lessons from them!
