I noticed this feature when I was browsing listings in my city yesterday.

This has led me to try more creative ways than browsing the MLS such as making cold calls on Craigslist rental listings and signing up for wholesale newsletters.I wanted to see what has worked for others as they find creative ways to purchase their properties.

new to bigger pockets, so far has been a great educational resource. looking to do a first time investment purchase in a few areas. i know this question varies based on location, type, etc. but im looking to do single family rental investment. i hear its a "bad" time to buy right now in california and browsing the internet (mostly reddit), but what are the indicators of this?

Mike,I was browsing the local Section 8 website and I found that there is a form to ask for an increase in rent (after 12 months has passed on the original lease).

I really like the HAR.com website for Texas real estate browsing.

Maybe just put "property management" in the search bar and browse through?
