I seen a lot of people do away with asking for a security deposit since Airbnb announced that they cover all hosts with some type of insurance plan.

Usually they feel a sense of shame and embarrassment even though it wasn't their fault and are not willing to publicly announce the abuse.

Many of these neighborhoods are still C-class but due to the announcement of new nearby commercial development (Murphy Crossing) and proximity to MARTA transit stations, they provide opportunity.
