I gotta seriously update my '24' forecast, big time.     

I am doing a total update rehab for myself in the same neighborhood , its not done yet , but the market in this area is hot and I told my wife we will move in whether its done or not , who knows how long it will last . 

No need for updating space later on as new tenants will do it themselves.

The repair man then updated his bill to say "$5 for hitting the hull with a hammer. $995 for knowing where to hit."

Afterward I will keep you updated.

My LT lawyer told me to make sure I update my insurance policies when I eventually transfer my LLC's or get an umbrella policy.

Interior renovations.Install washers and dryers.Exterior improvements including dog parks, covered picnic and grill areas, fenced yards, updated leasing centers.

Wynnefield is a great neighborhood, I ended up moving to this house after we finished updating it
