As much as I love real estate, if I was bringing in 400k-600k annually, I'd just throw it all into ETFs if I were just looking for a way to replace my W2!

@Chris Marcic , No its the marion county REIA ..Mcreia .. i missed it today again .. i wanted to make it but i firgot its was lovers days ..lol.. im not even sure they meet ..ill have to check their website ..they might have moved the day because of it falling on the 14th .. there is one comming up in orlando but thats a bit far for you .. and me .. but it is larger .. 

I have 1 really good one, and one slot that I seem to turn over quite often.. haha I am actually getting ready to fire the one and hire another...

@Hilary GravesI typically do but I hold multiple viewings in time slots on the same day to save time.I don’t typically let someone apply without seeing the house.

I love real estate and am constantly scouting our area for good deals, being ones own boss allows me the time to do this!

I love real estate and if you are generating some cash flow and a 6% cash on cash return it's better than a .0005 return in a so-called "savings" account at the bank, right?

I love real estate investing and have been working up to this point for a long time.

I reckon that's why we love RE - it's tangible and consistent.  

They still make money and can love real estate without the headaches of being a landlord.
