@Donald Boone We are spoiled in most parts of Metro-Atlanta with pretty good soil to build on.

There are more foundation issues on the east side of town as well due to the higher expansive clay soil content.

I have found that certain soil gasses (in homes with crawlspace), wet insulation, and certain molds all smell like cat urine.

We have a lot of expansive clay in the soil here which causes foundation issues.  

@Sandy Uhlmann if you are referring to tracking tasks, I am trying out a tool called Trello.  

However they are telling me because there was a dry cleaner business at the mixed use building in the past there could be soil contamination.
