(Obviously, you lose the chance to up rents after a year, but if this solves your vacancy issue, it's worth it)- think of other ways your Park provides more value than your competitors (larger lots, privacy, more parking, anything that screams "value"Best of luck!

If the device can be dual-managed, that could be confusing on who is supposed to do what, and you get into privacy gray areas with landlord/tenant laws.Hypothetically, you don't want to be liable for identify theft of a tenant because you failed to apply security patches or because you didn't train the tenant in how to manage the device.I do use smart smoke detectors in my home & rentals, but it's because they are less likely to have nuisance alarms.

Not sure if that will work but people use Nevada and Wyoming for LLC's as they have stricter privacy rules in those states than in most.Good luck

A passage knob is used for closets and a privacy knob is usually used for bedrooms and bathrooms so they can be locked.

They are patrolled by the Marion County Sheriff and evictions are the purview of the Marion County Courts, which are located in Ocala.In terms of who will live out there, it might be an older renter, but also people who want more space or more privacy rent out there.

The seller's were trying to protect the privacy of the tenants and did not take any interior pictures.
