Amazon Alexa in your rentals? Other smart home technology?

A recent article in the WSJ covers how Amazon is partnering with property managers and property owners to put Alexa and other smart home technology in multi-family and other rentals.

I see a long list of pros and cons to this.

Anyone currently currently offering this? What has your experience been?

if you are not offering it, have you considered it or never thought of it?

Very interested to hear others opinions on this.
