I hate Qickbooks with a passion and develop my own software. 

I work as a Remote Software Developer (even before the pandemic) for a company in Ohio and make a decent salary of $90k + bonus.

3 - Property Management Software - is it necessary for someone so new and if so which would would be recommended? 

Ideally, I would like to use a software that has an online version and an APP so it's easy for tenants to pay rent.

Currently,  I work as a software developer, but have started a property management company. 

I tried looking again to see if things have changed, and I still couldn't find any software that runs the reports separately other than the one recommended by Sean.

I was wondering what software/website/resources you use to look at homes that have recently sold?

@Percy N. appreciate the honest opinion and I agree, and I am used to the grind having several businesses in the past Grocery store, Software company with 20+ employees in a physical location etc., taught me that:-) and I love to have that again only in the real estate Industry.
