In recent weeks the frenzy has started to slow and prices seem to be settling down and my guess is they start to inch closer to pre-fire levels.A lot of my investors started asking me after the fire if we were going to raise a fund to get involved in the fire rebuild. 

I'd go over there with my table saw and a stud finder and my bucket of 3-inch deck screws and a length of 1 in. steel pipe and fix the problem.

One of the slabs cracked/sank and there is a 1-2 inch drop off. 

A and B are also good but I'd put A as a close 2nd and depending on other factors could inch into 1st place depending on what they said their long term plans are. 

If you are concerned about the oceans rising 6 inches in the next 200 years and affecting the property, yeah that's something you probably are wasting time worrying about.

You can then slowly inch up to full market rent the following years.You can certainly get them out and go for a new tenant paying full market rent but keep in mind that you are in San Francisco and you might have a hard time evicting a potential bad tenant.

I would go with the glass mosaic or like a neutral subway tile with glass mosaic 3-4 inch strip that catches the black in the countertop. 

I did have it trimmed, and they dropped large logs onto the roof, which put a small 2 inch hole into the roof and caused a leak 8 months later once enough twigs and leaves caused the roof to allow water to pool when it rained.

The " flag"  is on decorative license plate trim , its about  2 inches by 4 inches  if that big .      

This would save you money in the long run as it would reduce your insurance costs and then restore its ability for banks to loan without the flood insurance.Raise the home off the ground so that the floor is 12 inches (or more) above the base flood elevation.
